Allison T. Underwood

Education

In 1999, Allison T. Underwood received her Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in American Studies, from Stanford University.

In 2006, Ms. Underwood graduated from the UCLA School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Underwood served as the Assistant Chief Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. Also, she externed for the Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc. (AWI) and the State Bar of California, Labor & Employment Section.  Additionally, she has received advanced Title IX training from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). Also, she is an Association of Workplace Investigators, Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).

Background

Ms. Underwood joined EXTTI as an Associate Director after four years as an attorney at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP. In addition, she spent three years working for Los Angeles County, where she conducted initial investigations of allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She is licensed in California and performs workplace and Title IX  Investigations in California.
